90 Days without Social Media…
HOW WAS IT? WELL, I MUST SAY, the first 2 weeks or thereabouts were difficult! I felt lost! I kept reaching for my phone, I missed my media friends, the social interaction, emotional stimulation, and the dopamine hits!
Thankfully I had removed the app and soon the dependency and nagging tendencies dissipated. By week three I was more into HOLIDAY-HYPE and personal projects than wondering what (if anything) was new on Facebook! And, shortly thereafter I began to return to the land of the living – and engaging with family – IN THE NOW MOMENTS!

2021…
The NEW YEAR BEGAN NEW with many changes – personal and professional. And although I wondered how my media friends had fared through the holidays – I didn’t dare open the app for fear I’d be enticed!
Unlike many, I don’t make “resolutions” – I DO create annual “bucket lists” and this year was no exception (in spite of the global pandemic!) ONE OF THE VERY COOL & PUBLIC ITEMS ON MY 2021 BUCKET LIST IS S.A.D. – It’s a new STRAIN A DAY bud review! I’m going to try through growing, bud swaps, and nug trades – to try a new strain each day in 2021. So far, I’m off to a good start! I starting blogging my canna-log journal entries in February – adding one a day!

I have had the privilege to go sledding / Ski-dooing and I’m loving every minute of it – tips I’ve picked up??? Dress warm, carry hot pockets & stretch!
